Nathan is turning seven years old. I can't believe it. I really can't. Where does the time go? Is there some sort of button to slow things down a little? I wanted to put a few pictures of Nathan on here from through the years. He was born before we had a digital camera, so these more recent pictures will have to do until I get updated. These are some of his later "firsts". They are out of order, but I don't know how to rearrange...

Nathan's first Scottish soccer coach. I was proud and loved the accent.
First city track meet! He raced hard.
First fish he ever caught- with Grandpa!
I just thought this was cute.Nathan has always had more energy and drive than I could ever imagine. From the day we brought him home from the hospital, it seemed like he was ready to soak in every little detail. He has such a kind heart. He loves to work hard and do his very best at things. He has such a contagious laugh and is a really funny kid. He loves to play, climb trees, run, draw, and listen to music. This year he has been loving soccer. I feel so lucky to have Nathan as a son. I feel like he was sent here as the first son for a special reason.
We love you Nathan and hope you know how thankful we are to have you in our lives! Happy Birthday!
